Copper clad aluminum (CCA) is a new type of material used in aerospace industry due to its low specific gravity and high conductivity. 1. Cladding welding:

Cladding welding is to roll the copper strip around the aluminum rod into a "U" shape and then press it again. The gap at the joint of the copper strip is welded seamlessly by argon arc welding. The equipment includes a "copper strip grinding and brushing" mechanism, "aluminum rod straightening" mechanism, "aluminum rod grinding and brushing" mechanism, "cladding welding" mechanism, "welding detection" device and "take-up" mechanism.

2. Combined drawing machine
After cladding and welding, the copper strip and aluminum rod are integrated, but the integration of aluminum rod and copper strip is not very good, which requires drawing and compression. The purpose of combined drawing is to draw the cladded materials. After the aluminum rod copper strip is squeezed during the drawing process, the copper strip and aluminum rod can be fully integrated together.

3. Finished product inspection:
